Dicon was selected for this new construction project which consisted of multiple stories and precast concrete exterior walls. The buildings have an elegant feel from the use of modern design, such as the large overhangs and clearstory, combined with contemporary building materials, such as brick and stone. The combination of modern design and contemporary materials gives the buildings a subtle look that demands attention without being overdone. The site also includes underground parking and extensive site-work including architectural colored and stamped concrete, brick pavers, retaining walls and site utilities.
