The facility is located at the corner of 108th and V Street in Omaha, Nebraska. This 66-Unit assisted living facility has several luxurious apartment designs with beautifully decorated common areas and a landscaped courtyard. Dicon overcame the significant weather delays during the winter of 1997-1998 to keep this project on schedule. This design was also built in Ames, Iowa.
