Dicon was incorporated May 1st of 1975 and has been involved in some phase of construction and renovation on many different types of commercial construction projects. Some of which include Medical Facilities, Office Buildings, Retail, Shopping Centers, Elderly Housing & Multi Family, Educational & Religious Facilities, and Restaurants. Many of the commercial buildings constructed by Dicon have become landmarks in their communities.

In addition to serving the construction needs of many of the country's top commercial and retail companies, Dicon also has worked with many local and regional clients. The range of experience and services consist of new construction, redevelopment, historic renovation, build-to-suit, design-build, feasibility and value analysis, and project management. Projects have been both negotiated contract and bid work.
