Director of Pre-Construction Services

The Director of Pre-Construction is responsible for the Pre-Construction process from project inception through the start of construction. This includes conceptual estimating, budgeting, competitive bidding, building and maintaining relationships, and all preconstruction deliverables.

Superintendent

The Superintendent position supervises and coordinates total construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions including schedules, materials and people. In addition, this role monitors compliance, investigates accidents and implements quality control programs. Lastly, the Superintendent works with the Project Manager and confers with owners, contractors and design professions for overall project success.

Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager role at Dicon controls the success and standards of projects from beginning to end. Key responsibilities include establishing project objectives and procedures; coordinating people, timelines and activities; managing financial budgets; and collaborating with other leaders at Dicon.
