Dicon began working on this 6,135 square foot project in December 2016 and completed it February 2017.  This restaurant is located in the newest up and coming Blackstone District, where we have been a part of many other projects.

Mercury Bar fills about 2,300 square feet of commercial space on the ground level of the Limelight Urban Apartment Lofts at 16th & Harney streets.  This corner bar specializes in cocktails, wine, and late night foods.


Baela Rose Restaurant

Dicon Corporation served as the general contractor for the renovation project of this new restaurant, Baela Rose in Omaha, Nebraska.  Named after Chef Kyle Anderson and his wife Rose’s daughter, the Baela Rose restaurant features upscale, contemporary cuisine that focuses on classic techniques with local ingredients.

This project included the demolition of the building front to restore its old appearance to reveal windows to bring in natural lighting and a view of bustling Underwood Avenue in charming Dundee.  Uncovering the original beams and exposed brick brings out the history and added charm to the contemporary dining space.


Cherry Berry

Cherry Berry is a self-serve frozen yogurt restaurant from Oklahoma that has expanded nationally.  Dicon streamlined the expansion process for the five locations in Nebraska using a design build process.  The coordination of design, with ASD Stanley J. How, included working with franchise design standards and applying them to a range of different tenant layouts.  Dicon established a team of sub-contractors capable of building multiple locations simultaneously.  The team worked together to achieve each scheduled opening date.  Dicon and ASD Stanley J. How look forward to working with Cherry Berry on future store locations.


Fuddruckers

Dicon renovated the previous Fuddruckers restaurant into a three bay strip center followed by the construction of a new restaurant at the end.  This project was completed ahead of schedule and satisfied all requests by tenants.
