Keith Ebert served as the Senior Project Manager for this three-phase renovation and tenant improvement project. The building spans nearly 70,000 square-feet with extremely tight clearance to reconfigure M/E/P. All systems were demolished and replaced and the existing structure was expanded upon and reconfigured with added square footage behind a new glazing system. Occupancy was maintained by ownership throughout the first phase of demolition and construction.
