Midwest Dermatology newest office is located in Omaha’s Regency area. The project included a complete medical office build-out featuring exam rooms, procedure rooms, nurse stations, administrative offices, reception areas, and patient waiting spaces.

The project required extensive coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and technology systems to support the specialized needs of a modern healthcare practice. Working closely with the owner, design team, and trade partners, Dicon delivered a high-quality facility designed to provide efficient operations, flexibility for future growth, and an enhanced patient experience.

The completed space provides Midwest Dermatology with a modern, functional healthcare environment tailored to the needs of both patients and staff.
