The Union for Contemporary Art

The Union for Contemporary Art, a local non-profit committed to strengthening Omaha’s creative culture, selected Dicon to complete the historic renovation of what was formerly known as the Blue Lion Career Center on 24th and Lake Streets. Scope of work called for the complete demolition of the building’s interior, new plumbing and electrical throughout, new HVAC and elevator systems, and the installation of a new storefront system. Historic tax credits contributed to project financing.
