Senior Project Manager
The Senior Project Manager role at Dicon controls the success and standards of projects from beginning to end. Key responsibilities include establishing project objectives and procedures; coordinating people, timelines and activities; managing financial budgets; and collaborating with other leaders at Dicon.
The Superintendent position supervises and coordinates total construction efforts to ensure projects are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating and supervising onsite functions including schedules, materials and people. In addition, this role monitors compliance, investigates accidents and implements quality control programs. Lastly, the Superintendent works with the Project Manager and confers with owners, contractors and design professions for overall project success.
Accounts Payable Manager
The Accounts Payable Manager coordinates and directs all aspects of the AP, Payroll, and general accounting functions of the organization. Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to processing vendor and subcontractor invoices for payment, preparing checks, processing and/or reconciling payroll, preparing and presenting financial reports, financial record-keeping and data-entry, and reconciling AP to the general ledger. The AP Manager works alongside the CFO while collaborating with all sides of the organization, vendors, and subcontractors.
Accounts Receivable Manager
The accounts receivable manager is responsible for the successful receipt and accounting of funds paid to the organization. This role also serves as an auditor, ensuring invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the organization. The AR Manager works directly alongside the CFO, AP Manager, and Project Management team members to maintain consistency and efficiency in receiving and applying payments and/or deposits.
