This two-story industrial building in North Downtown Omaha was originally constructed in 1916. Renovations throughout 2017 and 2018 converted the space into a luxury single-family condominium containing three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a residential elevator, garage, rooftop patio, and generous living, office, and kitchen spaces. The original brick structure was completely restored and the entire mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were upgraded to align with current code requirements. A structural steel grid was added to support the addition of a second floor and a custom fabricated staircase spans from the basement to the top floor. Existing windows were replaced and upgraded and two skylights were added to improve natural lighting throughout the entire space. Lastly, a large section of the north-facing exterior brick wall was demolished and replaced with windows and a custom metal enclosure for a street front patio.
