Creighton California Street Mall

Expansion of Creighton University’s California Mall from 20th Street eastward to the Morrison Soccer Stadium entrance, consisted of several site work developments.  Work included construction of the statue pedestal and placement, creation of fountain feature, creation of planter features, installation of a decorative arch feature and the installation of decorative fence structures.  This was a project that had a short time frame in which to complete, but it was ahead of schedule and within budget.



“Through a competitive bid process, Creighton contracted Dicon to construct a new main campus walking mall on California Street between Morrison Stadium and 20th Streets.  This was a tough project with not a lot of days to complete the job, however Dicon finished ahead of schedule and within budget.  They stood behind their work and made sure any warranty items were completed to our satisfaction.  We would recommend Dicon as a general contractor and will hire them for more work at Creighton.”
