Courtyard by Marriott Sioux City
Dicon provided construction management services for this five-story, 150 room hotel adjacent to the convention center in Downtown Sioux City. Amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, indoor lounge and dining area, an outdoor patio and fire pit, and event rooms. The first floor was constructed using cast-in-place concrete and serves as a podium for the four stories of wood-framed guest rooms above. The building is wrapped in EIFS and pre-engineered metal panels.
