Dicon served as the general contractor for QuikTrip’s newest location in La Vista on 116th and Giles. Our team was responsible for the oversight of all subcontracted trades and equipment installers and maintained an accelerated construction schedule including winter conditions in order to expedite occupancy.

Architectural Plans called for structural steel with concrete block walls wrapped in EFIS and brick accent and a membrane roof. The building’s interior was finished using metal studs, drywall, ceramic tile, and brick accent. An aluminum storefront was installed for dual entries.

Interior functions include men’s and women’s restrooms, walk-in and retail coolers, personnel offices, kitchen, sales floor, and service counter. Dicon was also responsible for installing the fuel tanks and canopy system. Construction was completed on time and within budget.
