Wishrock Group selected Dicon to oversee the full renovation of a 9 story occupied building containing 92 age and income restricted studio and 1 bedroom apartments. Low Income Housing Tax Credits are contributing to project financing. This requires specific schedule milestones and occupancy levels be met during construction. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are being replaced in addition to the entire exterior glazing system. The building will also receive a new roof, fresh exterior paint, and new finishes throughout. The project also includes fresh landscaping and entry paving.

“Dicon has been a very strong member of our development team from start to finish. The project closing timeline took much longer than anticipated due to unexpected financing hurdles, however, Dicon’s team remained diligent and patient through the planning and design period. Once in construction, Dicon’s “all hands-on deck” approach helped us overcome many unforeseen conditions and delivered a quality product that was both on schedule and on budget. Many Dicon members contributed to the effort and each one played a crucial role in getting us across the finish line. Each team member brought their own unique set of skills to the table that strengthened our development team and produced a great end result.”
