The Limelight
The Limelight is a 5-story apartment building in downtown Omaha, Nebraska at 16th and Harney. The first two concrete stories, from the original Lerner Building, were renovated into three retail units on the ground floor with luxurious apartments on the second floor. The remaining three stories were built, wooden framed with a concrete base, atop of the old Lerner Building. The three-story addition was also made into high-end apartments.
