Discount Tire

Dicon completed five Discount Tire locations throughout the Omaha Metro over the course of one year. The shell of each building is comprised of concrete block walls with brick veneer and efface. Service bays include overhead doors and polished concrete floors. Customer showrooms are enclosed with aluminum storefront.

Dicon provided project management, contract administration, and site supervision services for each location. Our team was responsible for the flow of all contractual materials and overseeing each trade required to complete the project. The five-location roll out was completed ahead of schedule while working through the full winter season.
