Faith Regional: Mechanical Penthouse

Scheduled, sequenced and phased over nine months to accommodate two other construction projects, Dicon expanded and renovated an existing rooftop mechanical penthouse, near the center of the facility. The HVAC systems served multiple critical areas of the hospital including surgery. An additional air handler and the replacement and upgrade of the original air handlers, new hydronic systems and ductwork were among the upgrades. Thorough coordination and planning kept the facility operational during all phases of construction.
