Regan serves as Director of Operations at Dicon, bringing more than 50 years of construction industry experience to the company. Since joining Dicon in 2017 as a Senior Project Manager, Regan has played a key role in delivering complex projects and strengthening operational performance across the organization. In 2025, he transitioned into the role of Director of Operations, where he now oversees project execution, operational strategy, and team leadership.
Growing up in a construction family, Regan developed an early passion for building and problem solving, which naturally led him into a lifelong career in the construction industry. His experience spans a wide range of sectors, including single-family and multi-family residential, commercial office, retail, education, healthcare, and industrial construction. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed projects ranging from small renovations to large-scale developments valued at hundreds of millions of dollars.
Regan’s unique perspective comes from working on projects from multiple sides of the industry—including contractor, owner, and designer roles. This diverse background allows him to bring a balanced, solutions-oriented approach to project delivery, helping ensure successful outcomes for clients, partners, and project teams.
